- Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent to keep the gold finish at its brightest.
- Dishwasher safe on a gentle cycle with a mild, non-chloride detergent. Never pour detergent directly onto the cutlery.
- Rinse soon after use, especially after salty or acidic foods such as eggs, mustard or citrus.
- Dry straight away with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Avoid scouring pads, steel wool and abrasive cleaners, and don't leave pieces soaking overnight.

What does 18/10 stainless steel mean?
It means the steel contains 18% chromium and 10% nickel. Chromium makes it strong and resistant to rust; nickel adds a warm lustre and extra corrosion resistance. 18/0 steel contains no nickel, so it has a little less shine. Each set lists its grade under Materials & finish.
Is the flatware dishwasher safe?
Polished stainless steel can go in the dishwasher: rinse off food first, keep knives apart, use a mild detergent that isn’t poured directly onto the cutlery, and remove and dry the pieces as soon as the cycle ends. Gold, matte and coloured finishes keep their colour longest when hand washed.
Why do spots or marks appear?
Spots usually come from prolonged contact with salty or acidic foods such as salt, mustard, mayonnaise and eggs, from minerals in hard water, or from cutlery left damp in the dishwasher. Rinse soon after meals and dry promptly to prevent them.
How do I keep a gold finish looking new?
Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent and a soft sponge, avoid abrasive cleaners and long soaking, and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
How long does delivery take?

Can I return flatware?
